We had the joy of working with CityGate Norwich at the end of last year after conducting a Back Office Review for them. CityGate is a fast-growing church based in Norwich, with a love for the gospel and a desire to see Jesus known to all.

We had the privilege of getting to know their wonderful team and discussing ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the behind-the-scenes work.

One recommendation we made was the addition of an Operations Director to support their Lead Pastor in implementing strategies, structures and systems to help deliver the church’s vision, mission and growth plans.
