The Good Church Management Course

An online training programme designed to equip church leaders with the skills, tools, and confidence to build healthy church structures and systems that support ministry. The course covers the legal and practical responsibilities of managing teams, finances, and buildings; offers practical support for ministry, including developing a team culture, strategy, and operational plan; and helps identify and address gaps in church administration and operations. A free coaching session with one of our experienced practitioners is included too!
