This week Gavin got the opportunity to talk to a very good friend, Dave Taylor.  Dave worked with Gavin for 10 Years at Christchurch before God called him to plant a church across the other side of the world in Sydney.  In the interview Dave shares his experience of building a core team and the important of having a church administrator serving in the background.
