In this video John Truscott and Gavin talk about the need for a change in culture when it comes to service within our local churches.  So much of Christian service is focussed on getting someone added to a rota, filling in the gaps. And while we need organisation Gavin and John are keen to challenge the rota culture and switch it to a Team culture.
