It is the time of year where Christmas planning is in full swing at the Church Office. As soon as school is back after the October break​, preparations for December begin. It can be overwhelming to think of all the planning sheets, risk assessments and meetings that it takes to put on your Christmas programme but God is in the midst of your preparations.

To try and help out during this season, we have created a few Christmas documents which we pray will make your work a little easier:

• Christmas Market Preparation Pack- This pack has everything you need to run a Christmas Market in your church. We have found having an event such as this to be a great outreach opportunity as well as providing a natural way to invite people to other Christmas events such as a carol concert, both of which are firm favourites in our calendars at this time of year!
• Christmas Giving Programme- This is an idea which may help your church to bless your local community by helping children who may not have any presents to open on Christmas Day. It provides a great opportunity to serve our community and share the true message of Christmas.

DOCUMENT TEMPLATES

We have updated a number of our existing documents including:

• Photography and Video Consent Form- This editable form allows members and regular attendees to give permission for video and photography during a Sunday service.
• Christmas Market Risk Assessment- This is a risk assessment for running a Christmas Market focusing on areas such as food hygiene, electrical risks and overcapacity.
